“Who the hell is scared of Devin Haney?… Shidd I’d come back (to fight him) at 147”
Tim Bradley defending Teofimo duckin Devin cuz he say Teo just standing his ground to get a bigger bag from Turki
I’m not entertaining all this Devin vs Teo ducking talk. For all we know, Teo might just be holding out for a better financial offer.
.@Realdevinhaney tells @ringmagazine he “thought this was the best time to make [the fight with Teo] happen. I did my part. We waited for days for Teo to sign his part of the contract and he came out and said this isn’t a fight he wants to make.”
I like this fight. Top Rank (Foster) vs. PBC. Fulton coming off strong performance vs. Figueroa and will look to become three-decision champion. Foster is @ringmagazine’s No. 1 boxer at 130 pounds.
#RIP. Jose Santa Cruz was well respected by the #boxing community as a person and trainer. Molded son Leo Santa Cruz into a top world champion. Son Jose Armando was outright robbed of the lineal lightweight title vs. Casamayor.
If Top Rank doesn't come up with a real TV/Streaming deal akin to the ESPN deal, & quickly......it'll be gloom & doom, as layoffs will be looming. That's Boxing the Top Rank way nowadays.
Devin Haney will run like a thief in the night like he stole something vs Teofimo Lopez, Haney may even wear out his Boxing shoes, & Haney likely will cause ringside viewers dizziness. And the catch weight of 144.5 definitely favors Teofimo Lopez. August 16, Riyadh, DAZN.
Would have been nice to see @espn publish an obituary on the passing of Mike McCallum, a Hall of Fame three-division world champion, Olympian, and one of the greatest fighters in #boxing history.
Sounds like Teofimo Lopez has got a major case of balls shrinkage syndrome, & Haney can't even punch! It's a sad case, Teofimo just can't find himself. Also, afraid of success could be another problem for Teofimo. There are fighter's like that in Boxing.
I've come to every available weekend since 1993 and I ask, "where has the time gone?" After all, I was 28 then and I'm 60 now. So many memories. So many stories. I live for the chats with my fellow fans, reuniting with old friends and immersing myself in history. See you soon!
THE BODYSNATCHER (1956-2025)-
In memoriam; Jamaica’s greatest ever pugilist, perhaps the greatest jr-middleweight to have ever laced up a pair of gloves. A legacy set in stone! R.I.P to the legend Mike McCallum (49-5-1) who passed on today at the age of 68.
